Small batches, big welcome
We’re a neighborhood bakery in Sugar House built around really good donuts — fluffy yeast rings, cake donuts, and old fashioneds as big as your hopes, with glazes that change by the week. Ingredients stay thoughtful: no artificial dyes (you might spot beet in a pink “Homer”), real espresso drinks, cinnamon rolls, muffins, and a few nostalgic treats. Everything is plant-based and dairy-free, so vegan guests can order anything on the board — we just don’t hang the whole brand on a label. We also keep gluten-friendly picks in the rotation when we can; since the kitchen works with flour, ask what’s available that day if you’re avoiding gluten. Fritter Friday is our weekly fruit-fritter flex—flavors usually hit Instagram first, and the good stuff moves fast.
